6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist where reasonably possible.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:
